After receiving your Post-Assessment form, the manager will call you to get to know you, to answer your questions, and to give you a decision of whether you'll be brought onto our team.

If you have questions about our Pay Program, please watch the video below. Watching the pay-program video is not required. Otherwise, scroll down to fill out a quick form to be considered for the position.
The manager will also answer any questions you have during your phone interview.
Step 2) Reflection Form
This has all the information your manager would need to get you started, and will help the manager determine whether or not you would be a good fit to work together.
Step 3) Phone Interview
After receiving your Post-Assessment form, the manager will call you as soon as possible to get to know you, to answer your questions, and to give you a decision of whether or not you'll be brought onto our team.
Note: due to the large number of applicants, the manager may not be able to call you immediately, however, you will be contacted by the end of the day for a short phone interview!
